Detailed program of the retreat Each day we will travel through one of the Element to connect with our deepest self. 1th day (starting with dinner) Welcome opening sharing circle of the retreat. 2th day Morning yoga therapy session,Theory of energetic system of our body in general, Earth Element - theory, practice of Pavitra yoga therapy which connects yoga therapy, acu – yoga, conscious movement of the body and breath, mindfulness, visualization, meditation, deep relaxation, Afternoon self practice (home works) and integration Evening earth ritual with cocoa and sharing circle. 3th day Morning yoga therapy session,Water Element - theory, practice of Pavitra yoga therapy which connects yoga therapy, acu – yoga, conscious movement of the body and breath, mindfulness, visualization, meditation, deep relaxation, Afternoon self practice (home works:)and integration, Evening sharing circle. 4th day Morning yoga therapy session,Fire Element - theory, practice of Pavitra yoga therapy which connects yoga therapy, acu – yoga, conscious movement of the body and breath, mindfulness, visualization, meditation, deep relaxation, Afternoon self practice (home works) and integration, Fire ceremony connected with aztec shamanic dance, sharing circle. 5th day Morning yoga therapy session, Day in silence, time to integrate and work individually, Evening sharing circle. 6th day Morning yoga therapy session, Air Element theory, practice of Pavitra yoga therapy which connects yoga therapy, acu – yoga, conscious movement of the body and breath, mindfulness, visualization, meditation, deep relaxation, Afternoon self practice (home works:)and integration, Evening sharing circle. 7th day Morning yoga therapy session, Ether Element theory, practice of Pavitra yoga therapy which connects yoga therapy, acu – yoga, conscious movement of the body and breath, mindfulness, visualization, meditation, deep relaxation, Afternoon self practice (home works:)and integration, "Play of the elements" medicinal dance ritual, Evening sharing circle. 8th day Morning yoga therapy session, Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether - grasping the essence and taking home tools to be used in our daily life! Final closing circle. 9th day Goodbye The course also includes at least four Ayurvedic treatments to heal your body. What is Ayurveda? Ayurveda is a traditional Indian system of medicine that has existed for over 5000 years. This holistic approach to treatment and disease prevention emphasizes the balance between the body, mind, and spirit. Ayurveda employs various natural methods, such as herbs, dietary regimens, massages, and yoga, to promote health and well-being. The foundation of Ayurvedic philosophy is the concept of the three doshas – Vata, Pitta, and Kapha – which are energies that regulate different physiological and psychological processes in the body.
